Three machines in one
Ninja describes the Luxe Pro as an espresso machine, a filter coffee machine and a cold brew maker in one body. That is useful in a home where one person drinks flat whites and another wants a mug of filter or a cold coffee in summer.
A built-in burr grinder with 25 settings feeds the portafilter, and a built-in scale weighs the dose. Barista Assist Technology then recommends adjustments and sets pressure through auto presets.
Milk without the guesswork
The automated froth wand steams and whisks at the same time, turning dairy or plant milk into microfoam. Five presets are listed: steamed milk, thin froth, thick froth, extra-thick froth and cold froth. The XL froth jug has a whisk built in.
The steam wand is described as cool-touch and easy to clean, which should help with the sticky milk residue that builds up on hot wands.
Tamping and what is in the box

If you can do without the fifth froth preset and integrated tamper, the Ninja Luxe Premier ES601UK covers the same ground, and the Luxe Café Mini ES351UK suits smaller kitchens.
